The games on this topic deliberately split one task across several groups so that no group can complete it alone. Information is unevenly distributed as well. The debriefing makes visible where agreements were missing, and which habits the groups brought with them from their daily work.
These formats are used for cross-functional teams, after reorganisations, and in project organisations with many parties involved. Group size and duration depend on the situation, typically half a day to a full day.
