When it's time leadership stopped being taught and started being practised.
Leaders know the models from seminars and training courses. Under time pressure, in conflict, or facing an unpopular decision, the practised patterns usually take over anyway, because daily business offers little opportunity to try anything else.
In the games on this topic, participants take on leadership roles in situations with incomplete information and conflicting interests. They make decisions that carry consequences within the game, and afterwards receive feedback from their group on how their behaviour came across.
Both routes are possible. Individual leadership topics can each be covered in a single workshop, for example deciding under uncertainty, handling conflict, or your own effect on a team. Where several of them belong together, we assemble them into a programme running across several months, which between modules works on real leadership situations from your own organisation.
