Culture Game – Swissport
A training instrument for communicating and embedding company culture and the interplay with daily business.
Initial Situation
This individual game development for Swissport AG is used to create awareness of the stakeholders, and the economic realities of running a service provider in the aerospace business.
Through replayability thanks to different focus topics and scenarios, the motivation of using an inovative learning appraoch, and the equal access it offers to the relevant topics regardless of background, this game is used to workshop, train and discuss topics of culture and strategy through the whole organisation.
The Game
In this scenario-based boardgame you get to take over the leadership
of various parts of Swissport AG as a team.
You will make deicisions, allocate resources and launch projects. WIth these actions you not only influence the economic outcome,
safety culture and quality delivered, but you also influence and develop the company culture.
Target Group
This culture card game is accessible for all leadership, management and other employees.
The main target is team leaders and middle management. Here an understanding of overarching business strategies and culture focus fostered.
Change management and company culture during onboarding are some of the topics discussed.
The Workshop
On site with 4 to 10 participants. Multiple simultaneous workshops possible. Between 2 and 3 hours. Expand with current topics through new scenarios. Can be ported to a digital/hybrid solution.
