Initial Situation
Create awareness of the stakeholders. Offer impulses on the topics of DE&I, ESG, Circular Economy, and Impact. Convey impact of financial and non-financial reportings on cost of capital and share price. Motivate with this innovative approach. Offer equal access to the relevant topics regardless of background.
The Game
In this management simulation board game, you will take over the management of a company and experience the complex interdependencies between classic economic topics and the non-financial and sustainability side of a business. You will have to make strategic decisions in an ever-changing and complex environment to lead your company to success.
Target Group
Used to teach the basics or as a kick-off event for a company-wide sustainability initiative - this business simulation is suitable for employees at all levels. Students in the fields of corporate governance, management, business administration and accounting also benefit from the systemic approach.
The Workshop
On site with 4 to 6 teams and up to 24 participants. In teams of between 3 and 4 people. Multiple simultaneous workshops possible. Between 6 and 8 hours. Topical focus can be adapted on request.
