In our business simulations, participants run a company in groups across several financial years. They decide on purchasing, production, pricing and investment, see the consequences appear in the balance sheet and income statement, and compare their results with the other groups at the end. The debriefing connects what happened back to their own organisation.
Topics range from the fundamentals of business administration through finance and banking to sustainability and sales. Delivered as a single workshop, as a multi-part training programme, or as a game adapted to your own figures and market, depending on the audience and the learning objective.
